There are many brides and wedding event planners who use our sand for decorating receptions as centerpiece vase filler. Our sparkling glass sand is soft, smooth, odorless, and will not clump together. The sands' colors are guaranteed to stay vibrant forever and will not loose color or fade even after long exposures to light. We are proud to be able to provide such a high quality selection of unity sand to you for your special day.

Sand Ceremony

Sand Ceremony, aka "Blending of the Sands," is a traditional ceremony that expresses the unity of two people during their holy matrimony. The goal is to have the two people pour two different colors that they favor into a larger vessel. By doing so, it expresses the special bond between the two people. Couples find significant meaning when they utilize this ceremony when they are having their wedding at a beach. Our sands had taken part in many of these special events in the past. We would like to have the same pleasure to join yours as well.

Craft Sand and Terrarium Sand

Our colored sand can also be used for craft projects, sand art, or terrarium building. Craft sand can be a lot of fun to work with, so pick out the colors that make you happy, find a clear glass container (we've got a huge selection that includes apothecary jars, terrariums, and cylinder glass vases to start with), and start adding layers of colored sand. Pile on some small pebbles or river rocks for drainage, then add the appropriate mix of soil for your choice of succulent, cacti, or other plant.
